Job Description:	P & H is seeking a highly motivated, service oriented individual with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with agriculture. This is a permanent, full time position, working from the Company’s elevator at Bow Island, Alberta. The successful individual will be responsible for promoting Parrish & Heimbecker programs and initiatives, sourcing grain, marketing crop inputs and field inspection work in season. Other duties include assisting with elevator operations as required, managing customer information, grain availability and crop input opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:	The ideal candidate should possess a Degree/Diploma in Agriculture and/or a CCA and have grain, agronomy, and/or marketing experience. He/She must have excellent communication, organization, analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills. He/She must have a strong understanding of agriculture, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license. The successful applicant will be expected to spend a time on the road interacting with producers within the Bow Island marketing area.
