Parrish & Heimbecker Supports Future Leaders in Agriculture Through Scholarship

Winnipeg, MB. (April 29, 2024) – Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited supports future leaders in Canadian agriculture by awarding 5 scholarships. The Passion & Heart Scholarship is designed to support and encourage students passionate about agriculture.
One outstanding undergraduate student from each of the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan received $2000 to support their continuing education.
The Passion & Heart Scholarship is aimed at students who demonstrate a deep commitment to agriculture and are enrolled in programs crucial to the future growth and sustainability of the industry. Eligible fields of study include Agricultural Sciences, Food Sciences, Business and Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, and Software Development.
This year’s winners have showcased exceptional dedication and promise in their respective fields. The recipients of the 2024 Passion & Heart Scholarship are:
- Jackson Corner from Caledonia, ON (University of Guelph)
- Emily Robb from Brandon, MB (University of Manitoba)
- Tanner Johnson from Saskatoon, SK (University of Saskatchewan)
- Lois Schultz from Wetaskiwin, AB (University of Alberta)
- Jade Fossen from Rock Creek, BC (University of Saskatchewan)
